Pricing

Simple, Fair, All-Inclusive

At Family Tree, we believe pricing should be easy. Since our residents get as much care as they need, all the time, we do not base pricing on care levels. Instead, we vary our prices based on the size and amenity level of the room. Plus, the price you are quoted is the price. Period. It will not change through the duration of your stay.

What’s Included (Spoiler Alert: Everything!)

Our all-inclusive pricing means one monthly price covers all amenities and extras.

Incontinence supplies, gloves, bathroom supplies, soaps and shampoos, transportation, food, cable, internet, phone, activities, events, medication management, and haircuts...are all covered!

We do not believe it is fair to quote you a price and then continue to nickel and dime you for little things along the way.

Our Philosophy Regarding Care Levels

At many assisted living facilities, it is common for you to pay a base room rent PLUS a care-level fee. Each care level can range from $500–1,000, which will dramatically increase your monthly fee over time, often bringing a total bill north of $7,000. These places justify the increases by saying things like “your mom requires more attention, so you need to pay us more so we can afford the staff to tend to her needs.” But do they actually give more time or staffing? The answer is a resounding, no.

-- Needs go up = more $ + no staffing level changes = ?  --

Here’s the secret: They never, ever, increase the staffing ratios. Why? Those are determined at a corporate level and solely based on the census of a building, not the need of the residents.

At Family Tree, it’s simple: the caregiver to staff ratio is 1:5 or better. No tricks, just great care at a consistent, fair price.
